How did you loose that weight? My body looks atm pretty much the same as yours on te left, so what to do?
You just have to get into a routine and be healthy. Weightloss is 100% in your head, if you’re not fully motivated then you give up really easily so give yourself some inspirations then follow an exercise plan/ eating plan that works for you. There are tonnes all over the internet that are really good. I do Blogilates and I made my own meal plan (because who knows my body better than myself?) :)

Thankyou so much! I made sure I was never starving so I eat 5 times a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner). I allow myself a treat because I’m the type of person that if I don’t let myself eat I’ll end up binging and I mostly do toning exercises with some cardio on the side. (Like blogilates or just toning sets in fitness magazines). It’s completely possible to get fit without going to the gym!
